ROK Straps are adjustable, and have three loops for attachment. They have a stretch webbed textile side and a non-stretch side. The user threads the entire length of the strap through the loops, and then secures it to the frame member or other hold-down points on the bike. It is a more secure system than bungees, and works better than bungees. The drawback is the length of the webbed strap, which can become worn out easily by riding in high-risk areas.
